Where are the personalized nameplates placed?
The personalized name plaques are carefully placed on site, on the respective tree or beehive. Within seven working days, you will receive a personal photo documentation as a PDF download, so you can see where your adoptions have found their home in Portugal.
How will I receive my certificates, products and photo documentation?
All regional products and the four additional surprise gifts are carefully prepared for you and delivered together in one package. You will receive your personalized adoption certificates as PDFs immediately after payment has been received. The name plaques will be lovingly placed on your adopted trees or beehive on site. Within seven working days, you will also receive a personalized photo documentation as a PDF download – featuring photos of your adopted trees and beehive and the attached name plaques.
Can the package be delivered to multiple addresses?
No. All regional products and the four additional surprise gifts included in the Four Seasons Adoption are carefully prepared and shipped together in one package. However, the four individual adoptions can be personalized with different names.
Can I visit my adopted trees and beehive?
Yes, of course! You are very welcome to visit your adopted trees and beehive in person. Simply let us know by email at least three days in advance, so that we can prepare everything for your visit.
