WITHDRAWAL POLICY and the Right of withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Origem Portugal, Rua dos Emigrantes 399, 3270-037 Lapa, Pedrogão Grande – Distrito Leiria, Portugal, email: info@origemportugal.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This does not include any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Where possible, please return the goods in their original packaging and, if necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. The original packaging is not required in order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
2) Please do not return goods to us with postage due.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to:

• goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery
• goods which, after delivery, are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
