Origem Portugal began with Those Three Guys, three friends united by their passion for a country, its culture and the people who shape it.
On our journeys through Portugal, we met olive farmers, small producers, artisans and family-run businesses whose expertise has been honed over generations. We discovered olive groves, unique specialties and stories that go far beyond the finished product. With Origem Portugal, we’re building a bridge between the local people and all those who appreciate the Portuguese way of life, carefully selected, personally shared and closely tied to their respective places of origin. Because behind many special things lies more than just their taste or form: a landscape, a family and a story.

Knowing where it comes from
We believe that knowing where a product comes from, such as for example the extra virgin olive oil from Portugal, who made it, and how it was produced fosters a deeper appreciation for what we consume. For us, this connection goes beyond products.
Through our olive tree adoption program in Portugal, we want to give people the opportunity to form a personal connection with a genuine Portuguese olive tree—and, through it, with the country, the people, and the traditions that shape it.
For us, origin is therefore not just a marketing term. It is the place where every story begins.
