A paste made from Galega olives that have undergone a completely natural ripening process. The paste is enhanced with herbs, giving it a fruity and mild flavour.
It is the ideal accompaniment to toast or slices of toasted bread and can be used as a seasoning for pasta, as an accompaniment to salads, or mixed with quark or cream cheese as a starter.
